Questions, corrections, story ideas — this is how you reach the people who write Kucul.
Contact the Kucul editorial team
Kucul is an editorial resource in New York. We explain clothing — silhouettes, fabrics, dress codes, and the American brands behind them. We are not a retailer, so orders, returns, and product availability sit with the store you bought from.
Editorial desk · New YorkWhat to write to us about
Questions about something we published are welcome, including requests to clarify a claim or expand a section. Corrections are especially useful, and we would rather hear about an error early than not at all. Story ideas are read by the editorial team, though we cannot promise a reply to every pitch. If you are writing about a specific page, include the URL so we can find it quickly.

Write to the editorial desk
The form is the fastest route and the one we check most often. Say which page you are writing about, and add a deadline in the subject line if the inquiry is time-sensitive.

What we can't help with
Kucul doesn't sell clothing and doesn't process orders, so we can't assist with purchases, returns, sizing from a specific retailer, or shipping. If your question is about a product you bought elsewhere, the brand or store is the right place to ask. We also don't provide personal styling consultations or accept payment for coverage.
That keeps the editorial desk free to explain what we do cover: how a silhouette actually falls, what a fabric does after a season of wear, how a dress code is read in practice, and where an American brand sits in that picture.
Editorial work happens here, not on an order desk

Press and media inquiries
Journalists and editors can reach us through the same form and should note the outlet and deadline in the message. We're happy to comment on American fashion coverage, editorial standards, or how we evaluate trend claims. For anything time-sensitive, say so in the subject line so it's routed first.
If you are working to a print deadline, include the outlet name, your contact number, and the exact time you need a reply by. We read press inquiries ahead of general questions.
Corrections and accuracy
If a page contains something inaccurate, tell us what it says and what it should say, with a source if you have one. We review every correction request and update the original page when a change is warranted. Substantive edits are noted on the page itself. Accuracy matters more to us than looking consistent.
A correction is easier to act on when it names the page, quotes the line, and explains the fix. If you have a photograph or a reference that settles the point, send it along.

A few days
Response times
We aim to reply to editorial questions within a few business days. Press inquiries with deadlines are prioritized. Story pitches may go unanswered if they don't fit our coverage, which isn't a judgment on the idea so much as a limit on capacity. If you haven't heard back in a week, a short follow-up is fine.
Follow-ups are welcome and are read in order. Keep them short — the original message plus a one-line nudge is enough. We do not charge for coverage, and we do not accept payment in exchange for a mention, a review, or a place in a trend piece.
