What these terms cover
This page is the written agreement between you and Kucul about reading kucul.com. It explains what you may do with our fashion and clothing writing, what we do not do, how we handle messages you send us, and how changes to the site are handled. It is a plain reading document — you can move through the sections below in any order.

Use of the site
Kucul provides editorial content about fashion and clothing. You may read, share links to, and quote reasonable portions of our content with attribution. You may not reproduce full articles, scrape the site systematically, or use the content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Quoting means an excerpt short enough to sit inside your own sentence or paragraph, clearly credited to Kucul with a link back to the page you drew it from. Screenshotting a single paragraph for a private conversation is fine; reposting a full guide on your own site, in a newsletter, or inside a paid course is not. If you are unsure whether a use is reasonable, write to us before you publish and we will tell you plainly.
Automated collection — crawlers that copy pages wholesale, tools that mirror the site, or services that rebuild our writing as a feed — is not permitted. Ordinary search-engine indexing that points readers back to us is welcome.

External brand sites are linked for context, not sale
Reference
If a future Kucul page ever linked to something for purchase, that link would go to an outside shop that runs its own terms and its own returns process. That shop would handle the transaction; Kucul would not. As the site stands today, there is no such link on this site.
Ownership
Intellectual property
All text, graphics, and other content on the site are owned by Kucul or used with permission, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Brand names and trademarks mentioned in editorial coverage belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary.
When we write about a designer, a mill, or a maker, we name them so readers can find them. That naming is commentary. It is not a claim of partnership, endorsement, or sponsorship in either direction, and it does not transfer any rights between us and the brand.
Our photographs, illustration, page layouts, and the way guides are structured and written are Kucul's work. If you want to reference a Kucul guide in a piece of your own, credit the site and link back. If you want to license a larger portion of a guide, ask first.

Messages and corrections are read by the editors
User submissions
If you send us a message, correction, or story idea, you confirm that the content is accurate to your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. You grant us permission to use the submission to respond, to make corrections, and to improve our coverage. We are not obligated to publish or act on any submission.
Please do not send confidential material, unpublished designs, or anything you would not want repeated in a private reply. Corrections are the most useful messages we receive: tell us the page, what looked wrong, and where a better source can be found. We read every message and reply where a reply is useful, but we cannot promise a response to every note.
Messages arrive through the Kucul contact page. There is no account to create and no login on this site; a message is simply a message.
Acceptable conduct
You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, submit unlawful or misleading content, or use the site in a way that harms other users. We may restrict access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
In practice, that means leaving the site's normal reading flow alone: no scripts that overload the servers, no attempts to reach systems you were not invited into, and no messages that misrepresent who you are or what you are sending. If you spot someone doing any of this, tell us and we will look into it.
Accuracy and editorial content
Our content is written for general informational purposes and reflects editorial judgment at the time of publication. Fashion, fabrics, and dress codes vary by context, and our guides are not professional styling, legal, or financial advice. We aim for accuracy and correct errors when they are identified, but we do not warrant that all content is complete or current.
Third-party links
The site may link to external websites for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Following an external link is at your own discretion.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kucul is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version is posted on this page with an effective date, and continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
What changes look like
Updates usually sharpen wording or reflect a new part of the site — a new guide series, a new contact route, or a small clarification about how a section should be read. The date at the top of this page moves when the terms change.
How to stay current
Bookmark this page if you want to check back. We do not send change notices by email and there is no newsletter on this site. The page you are reading is the definitive current version.
